
I have plans to make this machine my new best friend. My physical therapist and doctor feel that it would be good to strengthen my quads and hamstrings and not put too much pressure on my ACL. I’ve been babying my knee this past week for fear of messing something up, but I got the green light from the doc, so what am I afraid of? I have been experiencing a “popping” in my knee - but the doc and therapist think that it’s probably just scar tissue. Time to break down the tissue!
