Lunchtime: romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, chopped egg, black olives, and raisins. Just a little bit of balsamic vinaigrette on top. I was a good girl and didn’t get any croutons. Will have to check the calories when I get home! (Update: Salad came in at approx 265 calories).
