Weigh-In #2

Well would you look at that. A little work-out and a lot of watching what I ate and I now weigh XXX.X - 1.0. Down one pound. I know those numbers won’t continue…and I know that right now it’s a mix of water weight and shock to my body, but it’s still nice to see some results. Should I weigh myself every day? Every other day? Twice a week? I guess I’ll see how my results go and then maybe change it up.
