Breakfast

So I just made myself a bowl of cereal. I normally do this for breakfast on my days off. The only difference, was this time I measured my cereal. Do you know what a cup of cereal looks like? NOTHING. I must have been consuming 2-3 servings of cereal every time I made myself breakfast. I think that’s probably the best lesson I take away when I go back on my diets: PORTION CONTROL. But as small of an amount as it looked, I had a cup of corn flakes and .5 cup of skim milk, totaling in 145 calories. Now back to football!
