Work Out #2

5 Flights of Stairs Up and 5 Flights of Stairs Down. Holding anywhere from 5-10 pounds in weights. Total time took about 5 minutes. Knee pain: 7.

Well, my knee has been achy all morning. Still, I went out grocery shopping and made 5 tough trips up the stairs holding heavy groceries. I am therefore calling “unloading my car” workout #2. Hey, the doc told me to do a stair master. What’s the real difference between that and multiple trips up the stairs? Exactly. (Now I have to ice my knee…).
