Weight-In #3
Well, I guess being SUPER good yesterday allowed me to be a little bad last night and still pull out good numbers. Today I weighed in at XXX.X - 2.6. This means I’m down a total of 2.6 pounds, and another 1.6 pounds from yesterday. I have a feeling this number will go up a little. My goal would be to consistently lose (and keep off) about 1-2 pounds a week. 2.6 pounds in two days isn’t going to last.
