Work-Out #3
Today I had PT (Physical Therapy) and it went pretty well. Only did about 5 minutes on the bike and 5 minutes on the stair master, but I did a lot of strengthening. Over all a good workout, and not a lot of knee pain.
A blog for me to track my eating and working out in an attempt to hold myself accountable. Nothing fancy, nothing witty, just a place for me to write things down.
